My cousin used to work in a call center and he told me that its very efficient and that call centers are very reliable and useful specially when you need some assistance on a certain product. You just have to call the customer support and ask for help or you can buy things through call centers. Just ask about the product and they will tell you everything you want to know. Its very convenient to know that help is just one call away. Although sometimes It can be annoying to get calls from call center especially if you are on a tight schedule.
